thermal hair reconditioning
From: Gina
6/5/2006

I just got a thermal hair reconditioning done at the Yuko Headquarters in Beverly Hills and now it looks ok, not as kinky and course as it did before the thermal but better, but not perfect. If I went to the original yuko people, why does it look just as horrible as before? Ive never had an issue with getting a thermal until them. Do you all do hair thermal reconditioning? Should I ask them for more help? Help!

Hello dear hair person. My hairdresser used to live near our house in Malibu in exchange for fabulous haircuts and color. He has moved to his own place in town, and to make a long story short, now my hair looks awful. What can you do for my hair now. I am a 59 year old lady who is very pretty, and the one thing I love to maintain is my classic bobed hair with blond highlights. I followed the advice of a friend and had my hair cut at her favorite salon and now look somewhat manily, or recently released from custody.

Thanks in advance, Jana

Jennifer Aniston hair question
From: Anabelle
5/30/2006

In your article regarding Jennifer Aniston's hair color, it says to alternate the highlights with L'Oreal high-lift Natural. What color is that actually? I want to try this technique and am unclear as to what color are you refering to when you say Natural. Thanks for your time. Anabelle
