sos colored hair myself From: To embarassed to say 10/10/2004 I colored my hair myself and ended up with a color between burgundy and red, it's awful. I am 47 with medium length thick wavy hair that is pretty indestructible, but this color is too much. I need to fix it this week as I am going to an important event out of town on Friday. Someone please post a replya asap for a recommendations for a hairdresser at Lance Christopher Salon. I prefer to here from the public rather that the salon so i make a good choice when I am at the salon. To embarrassed to say Comment on this posting.

Lance is great at getting highlights close to the roots of the hair From: Jen 10/8/2004 it's Jen who was there this evening. I wanted to say thanks and that I can't believe how close you got to the roots...amazing. Overall I am very pleased but I have one problem due to this being crazy Los Angeles. It looked pretty good in most parts but I was not to worried and wanted to see it in the sun tomorrow. I stopped off to get script revisions tonight at the directors house for the film I'm in the middle of doing and he immediately commented on my hair and freaked saying that it is way darker and will completely through off the continuity of the film. We shoot again on Monday in Los angeles and he told me I better do something about it. (sigh) I am so exhausted thinking about hair...I don't know how you do it every day. The bangs were cut really good and fall nice I could not ask for any better. it seems I just need to lighten it up a bit, I guess I should ask my agent and managers before I do anything to my hair in the future. You did warn me though to listen to the people who get your work in Hollywood.. The comedy central pilot I start in 2 weeks (i'm a series regular) and one skit I'm cast in is as one of the blonde hair girls (a sketch on bond girls)so if this guy is freaking I am a bit concerned about them. Whatever I need to do I'll have to do regardless of cost blah blah blah. :( I knew you had blog and thought I would post (since you asked me) but I'll call you tomorrow...if you see this give me a call Jen Comment on this posting.
I am straight but don't want my hair straight From: Judy 10/7/2004 I will be getting married May 15th of next year and am looking for hair salons where a stylist who is willing to work with my naturally curly hair (everyone always tries to straighten it!) I am straight though. I've also had difficulty finding someone who can give me a really good cut. Could you give me any sort of price range for a cut and style? I'd like to wear my hair down, but just don't trust myself with the job. Two or three of my maids would also like to have their hair done for the event. where should we look for hair salons in San diego area???? Thanks so much! Judy G Comment on this posting.
need a recommendation in Beverly Hills for eye brow arch From: Nancilee 10/6/2004 I'm interested in getting my hair done by Lance, I saw his makeovers and they were quite impressive. I am in a need of desperate hair makeover myself! I'm actually coming from Palm Beach, Florida to visit Beverly Hills California. I'm so excited, so I want to get a cool Cali cut while I'm there. However, I would need to get an estimation of the cost. . I would want to get my hair trimmed and dyed and then maybe a few highlights around my face. But actually, I would also like a recommendation from a blogger for a great place to a eyebrow arch.? Nancilee Comment on this posting.

gumball hair salons or fancy? From: color confused 10/5/2004 I dyed my own hair brown and it is originally light blonde colored. I have tryied all types of hair salons fancy to gumball salons. I wanted to get my hair back to blonde an di was curious if you would have to bleach my whole head or strip it or what to do with this situation and if you could tell me roughly how I would do this. Should i find expensive hair salons to take of this or should I try to fix it my self? color cunfused Comment on this posting.

cut hair with highlights From: Gina 10/5/2004 Lance: I found your website via a Google search and have some questions regarding hair extensions and highlights. I recently cut my hair to my shoulders, which I regret very much! I have a wedding I'll be attending in March, which is out of state, and would like to have long hair again. My hair is thick and a "boring" dark blonde/light brown color. I usually get highlights/lowlights, but it is growing out. Is it possible to get extensions and highlights and/or lowlights? I probably would not be able to come in until after the new year for a consultation, but this is something I am definitely interested in/excited about after looking at the makeover pictures provided on your website. Could you give any kind of estimate/range of approximately how much highlights/lowlights and extensions would cost, using worst case scenario? The hair is thick so I am not concerned with that aspect; I just want to add 6+ inches, depending on your analysis. Also, do you have weekend/evening hours? The wedding I'll be attending is in Washington state, and I would like to have my hair done in Los Angeles before my flight (which is the day before the wedding, but I would like to have my hair styled when I arrive and see family members). Thank you for your help. I look forward to hearing from you. -Amy Comment on this posting.
