| traveling to Los Angeles From: Shanahan 2/16/2009 11:23:48 PM Hello I will be traveling to LA on Dec 4th for a 2 week business trip. This is the first and maybe only time that I will ever get to LA and I have decided to splurge and have my hair cut by a top stylist. I will be arriving at LAX around 11:30 AM and I will have to go check in at my hotel in La Mirada. How long will it take me to get to your salon after I get checked in and what are your Sunday hours? I would really love to have Lance do my hair but I am sure he does not work on Sundays unless he is willing to make an exception for a small town girl from Pittsburgh, PA. Of course then the next question would be the charge to get a cut and style. I have short very thick course hair (similar to a Lisa Rinna style) and I am a natural redhead and I have never colored my hair. I am open to have a stylist do what ever they want - I am not a fearful type when It comes to cutting hair off, mine grows so fast anyway. I just want a hot - hip style from LA. Can we work something out timewise on Sunday the 4th of December? If not I would not be available until the following weekend Dec 10 or 11. Please let me know what you can do - I have spent many hours researching salons in LA and I liked what I read about your salon and Lance's talants. | victorian era hairstyle pictures for Sale From: Lori 2/16/2009 11:20:49 PM I have a treasure of beautiful prints (postor size) beautifully hand tinted. These posters were discovered in my old victorian house in Ct. upon cleaning out the attict in 1987. (Before my move to Santa Barbara) I have several different hairstyles of that era, each different, and indiative of that era. They would look magnificiant in flattering frames! I ma now beginning to consider having these unique pieces displayed in a proper setting, to give them the exposure they deserve. They are for sale, and I would be happy to meet with you and show the series. By the way, I would like to add that these pieces are in near perfect condition, maintaining their original status. Please bear with us as we go through the transition of finding a new Newsletter Editor. We are currently searching for a new Newsletter Editor. If you, or anyone you know, is interested in becoming our Newsletter Editor, please contact Dan Robertson at president@greatoutdoorsla.org or 323.223.7257 as soon as possible. Requirements would be a working knowledge of InDesign or QuarkExpress. Also, a few spare hours a month, to put the newsletter together. As the Newsletter Editor, you will be a member of the Core Group. The Core Group meets once a month, for a couple of hours, generally the 1st or 2nd Wednesday.
