If you have a gift certificate, please call (323) 835-9552 for an appointment.

Your gift certificate may have an old address. Please write the new address on the gift certificate so that you'll be sure to go to the correct location. Lance's gift certificates are valid only at:

When using gift certificate for complimentary haircut:

Shampoo is included.
Full blowdry style with round brush costs extra. It's optional; if you do not choose this, I'll simply dry your hair.
Can be exchanged for 20% off coloring or highlighting services.
If you need an extension on the expiration date, you can have two to three months extra.

Restrictions are as follows for complimentary haircut gift certificate:

May not be exchanged for a blowdry only.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late in the salon may not use the gift certificate.
Not valid on Saturdays.
Non-transferable. Never for sale. No one paid for our gift certificates; they are actually more like coupons.
Any gift certificate sold on eBay will not be honored. Purchasers will be advised to leave negative feedback for any seller.
Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.
No additional gift certificates may be purchased or used in the salon.

Cancellations and rescheduling:

Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation or to reschedule, or the gift certificate will be invalid. There are other people we need to take care of with gift certificates, too.
